Education and Youth Programming

This area focuses on P-20 education, ensuring equitable learning opportunities and support systems from early childhood through postsecondary education and career pathways. Our work spans research, policy, and practice, as well as direct service programs with youth, to drive meaningful change. We address key challenges such as educator shortages, school improvement, and access to equitable and excellent learning opportunities to create stronger, more inclusive education systems that prepare young people for lifelong success.

 

Workforce Systems and Economic Mobility

Because we work across strategy, research, implementation, and direct service, we understand workforce systems from multiple vantage points. We help government agencies, workforce organizations, educational institutions, employers, and community partners align resources, strengthen pathways, improve coordination, and translate workforce needs into actionable solutions. Our work spans workforce strategy, sector partnerships, education-to-career pathways, intermediary and backbone functions, employer engagement, provider capacity building, program design and evaluation, and direct workforce programming.

 

Community Well-Being

Strong communities thrive when people have access to the resources and support they need to live healthy, secure, and fulfilling lives. Community well-being is shaped by economic stability, social connections, and access to equitable services like quality healthcare, mental health support, safe and affordable housing, food security, and public safety. By understanding the outcomes of different groups, we can identify solutions that strengthen communities, expand opportunities, and ensure that everyone has the chance to live, work, and grow with dignity.
