SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT

We help schools, districts, and states develop a process of continuous improvement using data, stakeholder engagement, and local context. The model for improvement consists of three essential questions: 1) What problem are we trying to solve? 2) What changes might we introduce and why? 3) How will we know that a change is actually an improvement? We utilize capacity and leadership building, networked improvement communities, family and community engagement, and teacher empowerment strategies to drive results and successes in those schools that need them most.
